A samurai is a term used in Japan to describe warriors with military nobility. Samurai warriors described themselves as followers of “The Way of the Warrior” and were bound by a code of honour to which they are expected to set an example for those below them. The samurai are among the most popular warriors of all time which resulted for them to frequently appear in Japanese comics (manga) and animation (anime).
